Sign and pay your retainer

A signed agreement and retainer reserve your date. Nothing is held before that.

Logistics

Choose pickup or delivery and setup. We confirm timing and access details ahead of your event.

Event day

Your collection arrives ready to go, or is ready for pickup, however you've arranged it.

Return and pickup

We collect everything after your event, or you return it, and your security deposit is refunded.

Full collection, delivered, set up, and picked up

That covers delivery, setup, and teardown before 9:30pm. Pickups after 9:30pm are $2,400. If you'd rather handle transport yourselves, client pickup and return starts at $1,500.

Travel beyond our standard San Diego service area, difficult access, and additional labor are quoted separately.

Our Story

Started with our own wedding

We're Scott and Rachel. Rachel put this collection together herself for our own wedding, working through it piece by piece until it finally looked like us: soft, romantic, and able to survive a San Diego afternoon without wilting. Fresh florals for a wedding our size would have cost more than we wanted to spend, so faux was really the only way we were getting the look we wanted.

When the day was over, we couldn't stand the thought of it sitting in a closet. So we started lending it out to other couples planning weddings of their own around San Diego, because something we loved this much deserved to be used more than once.

Where do you deliver?

We serve San Diego and the surrounding areas. Farther travel is possible and quoted case by case.

Can we pick up the collection ourselves?

Yes. Client pickup and return starts at $1,500. If you'd rather we handle it, delivery, setup, and teardown before 9:30pm is $2,100, and pickups after 9:30pm are $2,400.

Can we rent just a few pieces instead of the full collection?

Yes. Select pieces start at $250 with your pickup and return, and delivery and setup are quoted separately. Tell us which pieces you have in mind and we'll confirm what's available for your date.

Can we use the collection outdoors?

Outdoor use is usually fine, we just check the setup and approve it ahead of time. Beach weddings are considered case by case. If weather turns unsafe, we may need to adjust plans, and we can't guarantee outdoor use in unsafe conditions.

Do you handle setup?

Yes. For the full collection, delivery, setup, and teardown before 9:30pm is $2,100. If pickup has to happen after 9:30pm, it is $2,400.

Can pieces be rearranged or repurposed during the event?

Yes, many pieces can move from ceremony to reception. Let us know your timeline so we can plan for it.

What is the security deposit for?

A $500 refundable security deposit covers any missing, damaged, or excessively dirty items. It's due before pickup or delivery and refunded afterward. Select-piece rentals have a lower deposit sized to what you're renting.

How do we actually reserve our date?

A signed rental agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer reserve your date. The final balance is due 14 days before your event. Your date is not held by an inquiry or a conversation alone.

Can we request custom colors or pieces outside the current collection?

Our current collection is soft blush, ivory, white, and greenery. We're not able to build custom collections for individual events, but we're happy to talk through what we do have available.
